Remove iron filings from the machine at the end of each day. After the saw belt of the saw machine stops rotating, open the cooling water switch and clean the table with the cooling water spray gun. Once cleared, lower the saw to the lowest position.

First, daily maintenance

Before operating the band saw machine, check it according to the following procedures:

1. Check the hydraulic oil gauge. Is the hydraulic oil quantity more than L red line? When the hydraulic oil is lower than the L red line, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of No. 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil, over the red line can be;

2, check the coolant water meter, whether it exceeds the red line, when the cooling water is lower than L red line, it is necessary to add appropriate cooling water liquid;

3. Check whether the saw belt of the saw machine is located on the left and right saw belt wheel and between the front and rear tungsten steel guide plates;

4. Check whether the wire brush is located at the root of the sawtooth;

5. Add mechanical oil to the guide rail of the movable pliers on the sawing machine table;

6. Add mechanical oil to the guide rail of the floating pliers on the feeding bed
