    1. Preparation before driving

1. Plastics for extrusion. The raw materials should meet the required drying requirements, and further drying should be carried out if necessary. And the raw materials are sieved to remove agglomerates and mechanical impurities.

2. Check whether the water, electricity and gas systems in the equipment are normal, ensure that the water and gas channels are smooth and do not leak, whether the electrical system is normal, and whether the heating system, temperature control and various instruments work reliably; If a fault is found, it will be eliminated in time.

3. Installed head and setting sleeve. According to the variety and size of the product, select the head specifications. Assemble the nose in the following order.

1. After the constant temperature, you can start the car, and the flange bolts of the machine head and the extruder should be tightened again before starting, so as to eliminate the difference between the bolt and the thermal expansion of the machine head. When tightening the flange nut of the machine head, it is required to be tightened consistently, otherwise the material will be run.

2. To start, select the ready to start button, then connect the start button, and then slowly rotate the screw speed adjustment knob, and the screw speed will start slowly. Then gradually speed up and add a small amount of material at the same time. When feeding, pay close attention to the indication changes of the host ammeter and various indication heads. And add sufficient material according to the need, and the twin-screw extruder adopts a metering feeder to evenly and isospeed feeding. 
 3. When the mold is evenly discharged and the plastic is good, it can be used to pull the shaping sleeve. The judgment of the degree of plasticization needs to be based on experience, and it can generally be judged according to the appearance of the extruded material, that is, the surface is shiny, no impurities, no foaming, coke and discoloration, and the extruded material is squeezed to a certain extent by hand without burrs and cracks, and there is a certain elasticity, which indicates that the material is well plasticized. If the plasticization is poor, the screw speed, barrel and head temperature can be adjusted appropriately until the requirements are reached.

4. In the process of extrusion production, various process parameters should be checked regularly according to the process requirements, and the process record sheet should be filled in. Check the quality of profile products according to quality inspection standards, and take measures to solve problems in time.

3. Parking

1. Stop feeding, squeeze out the plastic in the extruder, and when the screw is exposed, turn off the power supply of the barrel and the machine head to stop heating.

2. Turn off the power supply of the aluminum extruder and the auxiliary machine, so that the screw and the auxiliary machine stop running.

3. Open the connecting flange of the machine head and disassemble the machine head. Clean the plate and the individual parts of the handpiece. In order to prevent damage to the inner surface of the machine head, the residual material in the machine head should be cleaned with steel laws and steel sheets, and then the plastic adhered to the machine head should be ground off with sandpaper, polished, and coated with engine oil or silicone oil to prevent rust.

4. Cleaning of the screw and barrel, after removing the head, restart the main engine, add stopping material (or crushed material), clean the screw and barrel, and use low speed (about sr/min) to reduce wear and tear. After the parking material is crushed into powder and completely extruded, the residual granules and powder can be blown out repeatedly by compressed air from the feeding port and exhaust port until there is indeed no residual material in the barrel, the screw speed is reduced to zero, the extruder is stopped, and the main power supply and cold water main valve are closed.

5. The safety items that should be paid attention to when extruding the aluminum profile extruder are: electrical, thermal, mechanical rotation and loading and unloading of bulky parts.
