The characteristics of numerical control system in pipe bending machine


The pipe bending machine mainly adopts the structure of WE67YK series sheet metal pipe bending machine; it is controlled by a full closed loop CNC system of SDS-3PB pipe bending machine, two grating rulers, a photoelectric encoder for real-time detection and feedback, and a stepping motor drives the screw to form a full closed loop control. Two grating rulers; one for the back gauge and the other for real-time feedback and correction of the position of the slider; the photoelectric encoder detects the position of the dead block of the cylinder and feeds it back to the numerical control system.
1. Direct angle programming, with angle compensation function.
2. The real-time detection feedback correction of the grating ruler, the full closed-loop control, the positioning accuracy of the back gauge and the slider dead gauge is ±0.02mm.
3. The upper die adopts a quick clamping device, and the lower die adopts a wedge deformation compensation mechanism.
4. With multi-step programming function, it can realize multi-automatic operation, complete one-time processing of multi-step parts, and improve production efficiency.
5. According to user needs, the imported hydraulic system with stable performance and compact structure can be selected, and the back gauge can be driven by ball screw and synchronous belt.
